The facilities are clean, the security gives me a great piece of mind but the customer service was amazing. TJ was very friendly and extremely helpful. He worked with me to ensure the easiest move and made the process pretty effortless. I selected this facility based off Google reviews. Prices maybe a bit higher than that of other, local units but the facilities quality, people and security of this business makes it worth the extra price. Military discounts available - I highly recommend this place!
I would definitely recommend Spring Lake Storage to anyone who is looking for a worry free place to store their belonging. There's so many safety features, it's clean, and the staff is very helpful and considerate. I had been looking for a place to store my apartment for weeks but it was an easy pick as soon as i walked in the door. TJ is very knowledgeable and helped me in a minutes. Moving in was a breeze! I will definitely store here again!
I have had my belongings in Spring Lake Storage since late 2016 and have had no issues and have always enjoyed the staff there. In June 2017 it was sold to a different company, and everything changed. The new company does not bother to notify you of any changes, there is only communication if you owe something. My auto pay were interrupted when they switched companies while I was out of country- which I was not notified of until it was already passed due. Then they changed the due dates for the rental rate without any notification whatsoever. While the facilities are wonderful, I would recommend working with a different company. I am glad to be moving on and not having to deal with this anymore.
