Great location, just needs an owner with a vision. It used to be a great multicultural, military & civilian mix neighborhood where kids played outside fearlessly. The neighbors were friendly and everyone looked out for each other. I've owned property there since '96. Been through a FEW owners and I've seen many changes. It's gone downhill since I last lived there (03), almost unrecognizable and is in desperate need of renovations. I hope the newest owners actually put in the work.
The manager was unorganized and unknowledgable. She would tell you one price one day then come back with something completely different the next day.
Maybe the owners need to visit.
She also does not enforce the rules there. I seen several people breaking rules.
The owners need to get someone who is better trained and more informed in what they are doing.
I love this neighborhood. Overall good community
The lot rent is too high for the service that you get. The management doesn't do background checks. The receptionist is rude and most unhelpful
Lived here for 3 1/2 years out of necessity. The park managers when we moved in were wonderful and were great neighbors. The park was sold to jerks who only cared about profit, not about the people they rented to. I hear that it is back in the hands of good folks, so give it a shot if you need affordable housing.
