We stopped by here on our way back from hiking at Raven Rock and somehow, our car battery died while we were eating in the car. The staff was so nice and helpful by helping us charge the car battery!
Horrible . I love cook out , but the recently new employees are garbage. They messed up me and my wife’s order along with giving me a piece of chicken that was bitten when I ordered a Cajun chicken wrap (btw got no wrap , just a strip of chicken) , then the manager gave us a replacement meal, which they AGAIN messed up and it was missing food . How do you mess up a replacement meal?... Needs new staff ASAP.
The lady talked to fast. The fries wasn't good but was very hot. And the burger was very GOOD
Been there prob 7 times since they opened and not once has my order been correct. They always forget the Cajun seasoning. 3 times they've forgot my sauce. 4 times they've given me a sandwich in a chicken strip tray. Ordered a tea and a coke and got a diet coke and a Dr pepper. The first few times I let slide because they just opened but this is getting a bit ridiculous. On top of that I always wait forever for my food which wouldn't be a problem if it was right!

I have been to the Spring Lake location 4 different times and my order has been wrong or missing items 3 times. The worse Cook Out Ive been to. Twice was told to come back and they will "fix" it and its ridiculous to have do it on multiple ocassions. It makes for an unpleasant meal. I would not waste your time and money on a trip to this location. Ramsey St cookout provides way been service.
