I wish i could give negitive stars for the customer service. I go to pick up my wifes dress and they tell me "we over looked it."
I seriously wish I didn't have to give them even one star. Dropped my daughter's ROTC uniform off on Monday. My daughter needed it back Wednesday for school. It was not ready. I was not informed that the Spring lake location sends the items to the Ramsey St location. The lady in the morning suggested I call Ramsey St location to see if they could help get it faster. They were unwilling to help. Said I could pick it up at 4 which was 2 hours after i needed it. I told the girl nevermind. Fast forward to 6 pm.. go to the Spring lake location... its not there... its at Ramsey location. Never again will I use these people. Horrible customer service.
Took my uniform to sew everything. I provided everything except for the name tape...39 dollars! For one top. OVERPRICED!
