Asked for a line up on back of my head it was crooked all the way around my head and choppy. Waste of money. Had to go to today somewhere else because it looked awful.

Took my 3 daughter's here for haircuts. 2 haircuts were simple trim cuts.
Dont even bother...i went in for a simple bob cat and this lady did not know what she was doing. I even showed her a picture of the haircut. Horrible! These people have no experience and need to go back to whatever hair salon college they went to!
The other one,my oldest wanted a 'V' shape cut.The stylist said she knew how to do the cut...WRONG..She seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Got money refunded for that cut cause it was uneven and jagged looking and my daughter was not satisfied.Later got home to notice my other 2 daughter's cuts were not even as well. Had to take them to another salon to re-cut there hair & fix what was wrong.
It says 9AM-9PM on the website but when I came here to get my hair done at 7:50PM ..I couldn't because at the store it says they close at 8PM. SUCH FALSE ADVERTISING!
