Brandy was very helpful! However once we got to finance the gentlemen was VERY rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice and continuously rolled his eyes. Glad we left and went elsewhere for business!
Decent location, inside is pretty worn out. Staff is pretty lazy and doesn't do much without being pushed to do so. Bought a used dresser from them and called ahead to let them know we were coming. Went to check it out and then returned in my truck to buy it. When I returned in my truck it wasn't ready for pickup and then they made me load it out back rather than just letting me take it out the door where we were ready to load. If your buying cash it's a good deal, buying credit you'll get ripped off with crazy interest. Thankfully we were buying cash.
Horrible service, dirty beds, slow computers, and piss poor customer service - they can’t do anything themselves. They’ve got to wait on 1,000 different people to do anything - EVEN the manager!
I really wish there was a way to give this place no stars because they don't even deserve the one that I have given them. When first going to this location we were looking for a washer and dryer. Upon finding a pair that we liked we had to wait for the manager to do the paperwork. Once the paperwork was done we were told that they would be delivered on the following day, the next day it never came when we were told it would arrive. I had to call them and ask them if it was going to be delivered that day and if so when, I was told that they got really busy with other things and that it would be delivered the next day. The next day it was delivered, about four to five months later the timer on the dryer was not working properly. It would end the cycle ten minutes (sometimes less than that) after setting the timer for 45 minutes. We called the store and let them know what was going on with the dryer and the manager said that he would be there the next day to pick it up and leave a replacement for us to use while ours was being "fixed". He never showed up to pick up said dryer but did call to say that they were short handed and that he would be there the following Monday to pick it up. Monday came he picked up the dryer and left a dryer for us to use, but he had the wrong plug and said he would be back the next day with the right plug. It took him three days to come back with the right plug and we had to call and badger him to finally come and hook it up. They kept our dryer for two weeks to "fix" it. When they brought our dryer back there was a note attached to the top of the dryer saying that we needed to have our dryer vent professionally cleaned. the timer still didn't work right, we tried all cycles. We called them and told them we wanted to return the washer and dryer both, then went to rent a center. We purchased a washer and dryer from there and surprise the dryer we got from rent a center works like a dream!!! No problems what so ever!! The timer works and it dries so amazingly. So needless to say I highly suggest you do not go to this place for anything.
Customer service is ok, but merchandise is filthy they are ok with selling people furniture that is infested with bedbugs and when confronted about it they falsify documents stating that it's not there product that is infested but your own property. They refuse to pick up the furniture or replace it. They wont even take care of treatment and force you to keep it and still make payments
