Amazing ppl tony, Donna,& c.j. I deal with them every month pawning items and doing layaway. I love how they handle my items and how friendly they are. I did two stars due to my experience today. I dealt with joy today, this is the first time doing so, also the last time I will do so. She's rude does not have good customer service. She's more worried about other sales then the person she's helping. I asked her to write what I owed on my pawns and to pay off my layaway item. She had c.j. Help me at that point he did the payoff and gave her the sale. He went and got It she rang me up. I asked again for the pawn payoff to be wrote down. She proceeded to help a guy who wanted to payoff his PS4 and get it out. I didn't move while I waited for my ring and the payoff. She rang him up and ignored me again. She went to the back to get his PS4 still not telling me the payoff. C.j. Brought my ring out. Then I left unhappy due to not getting my pawn payoff list. I'm unhappy with JOY SHES RUDE AND VERY UNATTRACTIVE TO CUSTOMERS AND MONEY HUNGRY DUE TI WANTING A COMISSION AND NOT WANTING TO FINISH WITH ME AND DO THE SMALL THING I ASKED FOR. DONNA TONY AND CJ ON THE other hand always take the time no matter how busy and how big of a commission comes in the door they always finish helping me and make sure I understand and am happy.
