This place doesn't even deserve this one star. I have been on hold for 48 minutes and I'm still waiting to just make an appointment. Every time to go to the office I wait hours to be seen I mean hours!
I went to this office to support a friend while she waited to hear if she had breast cancer. Just from the way the front staff treated her I wouldn't even consider being their patient. Then on top of it after a 3 hour wait she finally makes it back just to have the Doctor to tell her that she will need further testing and then he preceded to make her feel bad for asking questions and being concerned! After he left one of his own nurses recommended that she go get a second opinion! Awful...just awful!
This place is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. I don't know why it's still opened. I had to call corporate to get anything done, I have to say they handled things. As soon as I finish getting my referrals I'm leaving this practice. I'm not going to pay my little 20. Copays To a company that isn't organized and doesn't care to be.
