They are very accommodating when need to see the dentist for child emergency. Nice staff, great environment for kids.
Dr.V is awesome and super friendly. Assistants however, super rude. My daughter has a serious phobia of dentists flossing her teeth and she asked if one of the ladies would do it gently and she now has a swollen gum due to the fact that the lady completely ignored her request and pushed the floss way TOO HARD. When she told us to get my daughter sealants because of a " beginning cavity". When I said no she told me to sign a sheet and was super rude ever since. Another lady treated my son too rough and talked to him in a super disrespectful manner. Will come back and if we receive the same treatment again from these ladies we will not return. Which is a shame because we love talking to Dr.V.
Daughter got fillings, they fell out a few months later. Office manager is rude and inconsiderate, and instead of assisting me, she hung up in my face.
I brought my 6 year old son in today for his first visit. He loved his experience there, and the atmosphere. The doctor and dental hygienist were patient and gentle with him.Thank you Dr.V and Firehouse Kid's Dentistry staff for providing an excellent visit.
We love this place! The environment is very kid friendly and calming for my children. I have shopped around for different dentists in the area and Firehouse is definitely the best option I have seen so far. All the staff are very nice and take their time with my children. My daughter was terrified to go to the Dentist, but now she looks forward to her visits. I would definitely check them out!!
