The Jeep that I rented was outstanding, however the location on Bragg Blvd is understaffed. One employee was unwilling to help me at all, she sat down at a desk and ignored me. I also did not care for the hard sell "pay extra for our insurance" and scare tactics.
Today must be a bad for your one emploee. She's washing cars, having a hard time getting the office to wait on customers. I love place, however if happens again, I will go to another location.
I received a Jeep Compass for my rental car. The lady who checked me in was very sociable and helpful in showing the features of the car and so forth. The Jeep was perfect for my needs, but there was one thing. The passenger wiper blade had torn away about 6 inches. I didn't need to use the wipers, so it wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend however that the wiper blades are something that should be checked during the inspection of the vehicles before a customer gets them. I wouldn't hesitate to get a rental car again from Enterprise.
