We loved the room and the hotel! We did get charged twice for a one night stay and I had to call 3times to follow up with them to correct this charge and credit my credit card and it was a night mare. Something that was suppose to be an 30th anniversary vacation and this was our last night stay of the week. And they admitted it was their mistake, but I had to follow up with it because I was kept telling that I will get a call from the manager and I never did and it was not credited. Then I called corporate and then I got told it may take up to 5 bus days. Depends on my bank. Well. It’s in there now. I could not believe how unprofessional the manager was. Not even a courtesy phone call apologizing and making it right. They should refund the night stay. I should not have to had to follow up with 3 phone calls checking on the status of this. Checked in Friday, checked out Saturday.. called Sunday, Monday, Tuesday... so...check your bank statements to make sure they don’t charge you twice. They won’t tell u either, we had to point it out to them. And they didn’t do anything to make it right. Not even a phone call!!!
It is very nice, and the staff are friendly and may you feel welcome. And if you like fast food, it seem to be all types in around 2 miles or less. Would recommend it to anyone!
The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. I was very happy with the help we received at the front desk. The room was also neat and clean. I liked the personal touch of having music play from the TV as we entered with my name on it. The beds were comfy and to our surprise we had a pull out bed in the couch. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. It was also really awesome that Cookout was literally right next to it. So if you're looking for a late night milkshake, it's right there.
The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The decor was beautifully modern and so appealing. Paul Mitchell products were available in the bathroom and towels were fabulous. The best part of the stay was the bed! It was sumptuously enticing with it's plush comforter, piled high with comfy little pillows; it was a firm, but not hard, mattress too that gave the best hotel sleep ever!!! I had to check out early and didn't get to sample the cafe, but I definitely will on my next stay.
Staff was helpful, rooms were nice and everything seemed new. Would stay again
