Very knowledge and very good at drilling. Takes care of all his customers. He doesn't just drill and push you out of the door. Great little shop away from the bowling center.
I had a great experience today at this business! I came from out of town to have my ball drilled and instead of sending me away unhappy Tom personally took care of me. He took all of the needed measurements and took the time to explain everything to me that I needed to know about my ball! I will definitely be doing business here again! Thanks!
